Manufacturing and assembly services include design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures, press tool designs, plastic injection mold designs, casting design and simulation, and NC path simulation for products designed by us as well as our customers. Through our extensive tie-up with a qualified supplier base in the automotive, electronics and sheet metal fabrication areas, we are able to support product mixes of low-volume-high-complexity to medium-volume-high-mix complexity.

We are able to provide high volume manufacturing support of precision parts, machined parts as well as molded parts through our partners’ facilities in China. The operations in Shenzhen and Suzhou are built to handle high volumes of standardized part manufacturing, as well as low volumes of high-mix and high-complexity type of products.

Our strength in designing electronic boards has been a result of our long association with leading semiconductor vendors such as OKI, Fujitsu and NEC. We undertake complete turnkey solutions in the area of electronic board design and manufacturing. We work with customers to define the specifications and the key deliverables to achieve optimal designs. Our areas of expertise include designing with 8/16/32/64 bit microcontrollers /microprocessors, DSP (Digital Signal Processor), and a combination of discrete logic as well. We will design, test and certify products to meet international safety and technical standards.

Our unique offering in the area of electronic design is the re-engineering of older designs to newer platforms. This results in enhanced product features and capabilities, while leading to significant cost reduction due to reduced board size, and cheaper, more powerful chips and components. The reengineering effort also involves software migration to open platforms as well as feature enhancements.

Through our strategic alliance with CMS (Contract Manufacturing Service) companies in the South-East Asia, we can provide fast turnaround for PCBA manufacturing for low volume; high mix, to high volume low complexity boards.

Embedded design and development is a natural outgrowth of our expertise in electronic board design and in delivering solutions using DSP (Digital Signal Processor) based systems with embedded software. We use industry leading embedded software platforms such as, WinCE, VxWorks, Linux, PSOS and other Real Time Operating Systems.

Our strength is in developing real time systems complete with electronic boards, embedded software, associated sensors and signal processing. One such example is a solution developed for a defence application. It is based on a FPGA design from Xilinx (SPARTAN chip) involving coding and burning of digital logic using Xilinx Toolkit and VHDL, design and development of a PCI data processing card, writing of firmware and device drivers in Windows NT and Linux.

As part of our product design and reengineering service, we undertake projects to convert entire engineering databases from older legacy systems to newer platforms. Part of the migration service involves additional detailing and documentation to meet EDI and ERP requirements. Drawings and documents are converted from one platform to another without losing any of the details. Legacy conversions from 2D to 3D drawings are a value added service we offer to all our customers. In addition we specialize in "duplitecture" services where we provide complete set of space plan layouts for architectural and construction markets.
