History:
The Company got its start in
the 1990's with the establishment of operations in Singapore
and later in India, as a distributor of semiconductor components
serving the automotive, telecom, and multimedia industries.
In addition, the world wide boom in outsourcing led to the
establishment of an office in America followed by the setting
up of a technology and delivery center in Bangalore, India.
Since the start of business
activity the company expanded into value-added services and
started to offer customized solutions of display products
based on OKI microcontrollers and LCD drivers. Since then
it has diversified into a broad portfolio of activities that
range from consumer products to advanced solutions in communications
applications. Its regional presence in India expanded with
the opening of sales offices in the key cities of Bangalore,
Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
With the growing interest in
USA in offshore design, development and manufacturing, the
Company found itself in a unique position to leverage its
expertise and global experience. USA office was opened in
2001 and has seen a rapid growth in activities in a relatively
short period.
Our strength is built on strategic
partnerships with companies that provide the capability to
offer total solutions for our clients. Our partners have ISO
certification and embody universally accepted principles of
quality control and delivery. The Company provides project
support globally with onsite support and offshore coordination.
